This company is an award-winning program which is the result of 20 years of research and experience. The program provides one-on-one phone based treatment counseling sessions with a trained professional as well as the latest approved nicotine medications.
Treatment Counselor/Quit Coach
Using a variety of over-the-phone counseling methods, the Treatment Counselor motivates individuals to make life-style changes that will help them become smoke-free.
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized telephone-based assistance to participants using a proven, evidence-based behavior change program.
Counselors follow program protocols and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other tools to complete assessments and provide appropriate interventions to individuals' interested in quitting smoking.
Demonstrate a high-level of communication and active listening skills: ability to effectively problem-solve and work with a wide variety of people
Requirements: .
Bachelor's degree in related field
Call Center Experience appreciated!
Good computer and data entry skills
Must be able to commit to a schedule for at least 6 months
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus!
Ability to work from home after 3 month training period
All applicants must be abstinent from all tobacco use for at least the past 2 years!

Pay: Treatment Counselors starting at $14.50
