Work from home doing the following for our client:
Experienced individual with a strong background in software development and programming to hire the best talent possible for our Client's organization. This individual will leverage their technical background and expertise to determine the viability and talent level of potential candidates, seeing them through all stages of the hiring process. Responsibilities include reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, code sample review, and process coordination.
You do not need any experience in HR or interviewing for this position
Must be a highly skilled software/www developer, with proven programming talents
Experience in multiple programming languages is highly desired
Must enjoy interacting verbally with technical people
