Major responsibilities include following all Change and problem management processes and procedures in implementing changes to the customers networks Core Routers, Switches and Firewalls in addition to the individual store routers and switches. This position is a virtual/remote location.

Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches, Cisco ASA Firewalls, EIGRP, BGP, and VPN tunnels. Configuration, implementation and troubleshooting (problem determination skills).
