Senior Java / JCAPS Developer

Are you a Senior Java Developer with JCAPS, SOA & web services experience? This project is a long-term Java development project for a large healthcare organization. You will work closely with the technology team, business team, and testing team to implement system solutions that are consistent with strategic business and technical objectives. The qualified candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience with Java programming with high performance web services applications using service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles and technologies. JCAPS experience is also required. The ability to work in a team environment for the delivery of Java application systems is crucial. The ability to travel up to 80% can be reduced once the initial phases of the project have been established.
Required Experience
5+ years Java or J2EE development
6+ months of JCAPS development experience
5+ years full project lifecycle including all stages (design, development and implementation of custom applications)
Experience with Web Services
Experience developing and deploying applications in a multi-tier environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
