The Business Opportunity
You will work at home recruiting Financial Advisors for our clients nationwide. This is an opportunity to run your own business as an independent contractor. We partner with you. Our success is dependent on your success.

We have contracts with our clients as one of a select few vendors. Unlike conventional recruiting, we are the feeding grounds for an on-going, limitless need. We do not fill vacancies. This makes our business recession-proof. Our candidates are in demand year round.
From the onset, you will be provided with extensive training. You will receive a training manual that includes industry-specific verbiage and marketing techniques. You will then go through a two week live-by-telephone training exercise with a Managing Partner. Thereafter, you are provided with on-going support.
Once you are prepared to transact business, we provide you with detailed call lists of prospects on a weekly basis.
Your Role
Your primary responsibility is to build a pipeline of candidates that you own. You will make 50+ calls per day to the prospects we provide for you. For prospects that have an interest in meeting our client, you will fill out a Compass Advisor Profile (CAP) and e-mail the information to us. We then arrange the interviews, manage the process, handle negotiations, bill and collect. Every week you are updated on your candidates’ process. This procedure enables you to concentrate on building your business without the headaches of managing a new business.
Compensation
As a business partner, we share in our successes. This is a merit-based opportunity.
For candidates you represent you receive a split fee of 30-35% of total monies collected from our client per placement. Historically, our recruiting partners earn $50,000 to $100,000 in the first 15 months. Year two and beyond often yield in excess of $150,000.
Of course, as with any entrepreneurial venture, you will ultimately determine your own level of success.
Commitment
Although this is your own business, there is no investment required. We provide you with all the tools and resources to be successful. We do not provide any draw, salary or benefits.
As in any new business, you will need to be able to overcome an initial ramp-up period. Conservatively, it is likely you will not make any money for four to six months. You will need to be able to sustain both mentally and financially during that time.
