JOB SUMMARY
Training Intelligence Solutions is seeking motivated sales professionals with a solid track record of B2B success to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking sales organization that is focused on aggressively driving new business and establishing solid relationships within new territories and accounts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful candidates must be goal oriented, self-motivated and have a desire to be a part of a growing team, which is energetic, talented and competitive. Candidates will need to be comfortable selling at all levels of an organization, able to sustain a high level of activity and thrive in an environment where accountability is required and individual contribution is the key to financial reward. Our Account Managers are charged with consistently exceeding monthly sales goals, attaining daily productivity metrics and developing a sizeable territory selling Microsoft, Vmware, and many forms of technical training.

SKILLS, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

The ability to thrive in both transactional and consultative sales environments
Willingness to work in a team environment that is committed to the success of the organization
Ability to maintain high activity standards and meet all required metrics
Aptitude for building relationships within an account and leveraging them into referrals
Exceptional ability to motivate and influence key contacts and decision makers
Strong closing skills
Excellent communication skills
Good computer skills necessary (Windows/Outlook/Graphics /Word/Excel)
Desire for constructive feedback and a close relationship with management
TIS uses Salesforce.com as its primary contact database
College degree or equivalent experience required
