Responsibilities .
Reports To: Director, Quality Assurance
Overview: The primary objective of the position is to support all staff, both field and Headquarters, their full understanding of Manpower's Quality initiative. Works with all levels of staff to continually improve and standardize service delivery to both associates and clients. This includes the measurement and analysis of continuous improvement. Supports field staff in our on-going registration to ISO 9001:2000.
Conducts the following audits both on-site and remotely:
* Field and Headquarters operational audit to ensure the integrity of Manpower's Quality Management System, the Predictable Performance System.
* Contract compliance
Collects, measures and analyzes the following:
* Client and associate satisfaction
* Candidate experience
* Competitor service delivery .

Education
* Four-year business degree.
Years of Experience
* Prefer 1-2 years Manpower field office experience or experience in a related service industry.
* Experience working in a corporate environment.

* Projects are moderately complex and work procedures less well established.
* Requires interpretation and adaptation in the application of independent judgment around solutions and decision-making.
* Position professional expertise or knowledge in a functional area.
Professional Qualification
* Advanced professional expertise is required in addition to general business experience.
Technical/Functional Skills
* Advanced professional office skills are required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Lotus Notes, some Access database knowledge preferred but not required)

* Exemplary business writing, grammar and oral communication skills necessary to effectively express ideas and recommendations to teams and clients.
* Required to prepare presentations and speak in front of various sized groups comprised of various levels of management.
