Job Details: This position exists to act as a resource to identify physicians staffing needs of Clarian, Clarian Affiliates, Affiliate medical groups and medical groups of Clarian. The incumbent will recruit, pre-screen and identify physician candidates in conjunction with the Affiliate health systems and physician groups across Clarian. Ensures Clarian Affiliate and medical group physician staffing needs are assessed and met. This position will coordinate with private physician recruiting firms to recruit physicians. Works closely with IUSOM/Clarian residencies and other residencies to inform residents of physician positions available in the Clarian system.
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Requires Bachelor's degree in Human Resources; Psychology; Business; Marketing; Social Work or related area.
Requires extensive work background as a physician recruiter.
Requires knowledge of residencies; recruiting organizations and physician recruiting resources.
Requires ability to speak before groups.
Requires very strong oral and verbal communication skills.
Requires ability to apply knowledge of Clarian and Customer policies and procedures.
Requires working knowledge of computer software applications; databases; spreadsheets; and tracking systems.
Requires customer service skills.
Requires ability to do telephone work from home in the evenings as needed.
