Online Job Search Title: Part Time Technical Writer Location: DC Metro Area Req Number: AES8545 Position Description: ITT-AES is looking to hire a Technical Writer to work on a project that it has at the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) in Washington, DC. We are looking for an experienced and capable individual to document engineering work. This individual will focus on gathering information, compiling it into a document, analyzing the subject and the audience, with the goal of producing clear and precise documents for engineers to review, amend and edit. This position is part-time, hours are flexible and there is the ability to work from home. Experience Requirements: We need someone that is a self starter and understands some technical and engineering language. Furthermore the ideal candidate needs to be a fast learner, team player and have excellent writing, possess a mix of technical and language abilities, and have overall excellent communication skills.
