Large Corporation seeks an Oracle Supply Chain Consultant.
You can live anywhere as long as you travel Monday thru Thursday. Work from home on Friday.
You will be responsible for working with a conversion team updating existing systems to Oracle 11i across the entire company worldwide.
This job provides internal consulting and real world experience and expertise in the field of SCM process design and implementation (Specifically Oracle) to the corporation. This position will reduce the need for external consultants while building the knowledge expertise within the organization. As we move forward with the new SCM strategy, these personnel will be highly required and charged to the business as needed at a cost much lower than external consultants.
Required Skills
Principle responsibilities include creating a center of excellence, implementing and educating SCM and ERP implementations best practices across the company, and be able to be allocated to a specific project and bring management and process expertise to aid the business and sectors in their SCM/ERP implementations.
