This position does not have telecomuting work from home option
The primary role of this position is managing a team of business systems analysts who support requirements and testing of NASCO-related changes, as well as providing day-to-day support to the business. Essential duties to include, but are not limited to: Management duties include hiring, training, coaching, counseling and evaluating performance of direct reports. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications .
BA/BS or equivalent required. 5 + years in-depth training in Computer Science, Business administration or related field required. 5+ years experience leading project teams and providing direction for employees. Excellent understanding of business operations, Prior leadership or management experience, Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, counsel and train staff, Effective communication skills, including facilitation, consultation, negotiation and persuasion. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills required. Strong tactical planning, organizational, analytical and PC skills required. Experience with the WGS, NASCO and/or National Accounts environment preferred.
