Job Description
Several challenging full-time positions for individuals with excellent English skills and strong keyboarding.
Typing speed at least 60 wpm MINIMUM. Prefer an individual with good general knowledge. We have online sub-contractors that are college graduates, paralegals and english teachers. Experience with typing from audio as opposed to copy typing a plus. These positions involve preparing transcript from prerecorded hearings and of transcribed work against audio for accuracy. Work is varied and quite interesting. Files are uploaded to our FTP site and retrieved by our typists and proofers with their individual named folders.
Individuals presently performing these positions are earning between $10 to $15 per hour on average with the potential of earning $30-$40,000 per year. These potential earnings can be accomplished while typing from your computer in your home during whatever hours are convenient for you (minimum of 35 hours per week) in the comfort of your favorite sweatpants, if you so choose. You can do this to supplement your present career or you can choose to do this full-time. This position can be performed virtually anywhere in the country where there is high-speed Internet access in order to send and retrieve the work.
