Insurance Sales / Marketing Representative
MEDICARE MARKETING REP NEEDED FOR CENTRAL / EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA (TELECOMMUTING)
Do you have four years of consultative sales experience in a Medicare, Medicaid, and / or HMO environment? If so, we would like to speak with you ASAP.
In this position, you will primarily work from home, but you will be required to attend occasional meetings at company headquarters. Your responsibilities will include the following:
Prospect, promote, and sell the company's Medicare Assured product in Central and Eastern Pennsylvania.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within assigned territory.
Support overall department sales goals.
Develop and implement sales plan for assigned territory.
Identify and network with community partners.
Identify easy access/high traffic locations for meetings.
Schedule and meet with potential members at various sites, which may include home visits.
Provide marketing and promotional materials and presentations.
Qualify prospective members and ensure applications are in compliance with CMS regulations and company policies and procedures.
Ensure accurate completion and timely submission of leads, enrollments, expense reports,
work calendars, and related information for marketing database.
Collaborate with inside sales representatives and other departments to identify marketing opportunities and capitalize on internal strength and relationships.
This position offers a strong base salary plus commission.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Four years of progressive experience in sales.
Experience in Medicare, Medicaid, and/or HMO environment
Valid PA driver's license and ability to travel to various worksites.
Must have Pennsylvania insurance agent license or acquire license within sixty (60) days of hire.
Knowledge of CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services) regulations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
BS/BA Degree
Consultative selling experience
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
