Doylestown company seeks Home Based Customer Service / Sales Agent!
A Doylestown company is looking for candidates to work from home as a Customer Service / Sales agent for their service. Candidates will be the first point of contact for clients calling to their service. This position requires excellent customer service and sales skills, familiarity with call center etiquette and operation, polite manner, mature verbal and written communication skills, and a desire to assist clients. This is a part or full-time direct hire position with benefits offered.
This company is looking for candidates who want to work from home 25-40 hours per week between the hours of 12 noon and 12 midnight, including one weekend day. Candidates must have their own PC and have Windows XP Pro; Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher; Intertel Soft phone (company provided); and Microsoft Excel.
Internet Service: Cable or DSL connection
This position will start at $14/hr. for the first 90 days, then will be a commission based job.
Candidates will be trained in their Doylestown location for 1-2 weeks, and should live in close proximity to Doylestown.
