of all sorts - mostly coders
The Opportunity:
Someone with a strong background in software development
and programming to hire the best talent possible
Must have a technical background and expertise to determine the viability and talent level of potential candidates
See candidates through all stages of the hiring process.
Will evaluate resumes and select among them
Will conduct phone interviews
Will examine/review code samples
Will process coordinate
This does not require you to make cold calls out. All the candidates will be fed to you, and then you evaluate their resumes and credentials. Then you decide to interview them or not
Don't need any experience interviewing or in HR (but maybe you have interviewed people for technical positions... just saying you don't have to have the experience)
Need proven programming talents
Proven sw/www developer skills
Experience with multiple programming languages highly desired
Clearly you must be able to enjoy verbal interaction with technical people... since that will be a key part of your job
