High School Education Rep
Client is looking for a High School Education Rep (Recruiter) to recruit and educate high school students on a career as a professional welder. Candidate will be asked to canvas Kentucky and surrounding area high schools in order to contact as many students as possible. Candidate will be asked to give presentations, attend job fairs, meet with parents in home to discuss their son/daughters future. The goal of the in home visit is to get the parents approval and signature.
Candidate should expect to travel up to 2-3 nights on certain weeks. Candidate will be recruiting students to attend the Jacksonville campus. Housing and Financial Aid available.
Qualifications:
* Prior military recruiting experience preferred - excluding air force
* College recruiting experience
* Must have experience making in home visits - Women will be considered for this position based on security precautions involving the in home visits.
* High integretity and self starter
Candidate will be reqired to work from home; therefore, client needs someone located in Central Kentucky.
Base Pay: $40,000 + commission ($$$ on students that graduate - generally takes 3 to 7 months to complete the program.)
Expenses: $950 a month plus $90 cell phone allowance.
Dress: Professional/Business
Start date: ASAP
