Location: The individual will be working out of St. Louis, MO. It will be a mix between working from their home and the office which is why the person should be located in the area.
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 20 Hours per week
Travel: Minimal
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
We need a person that is expert in the operation and implementation of the Granite System, and trained in the ATT UVERSE - provisioning process, to work with the client Team to perform root cause analysis for AT&T Lightspeed Order Fallout. The candidate must understand IP provisioning and ATT UVERSE network topology. Additionally the candidate must possess knowledge of outside plant inventory.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The candidate will help analyze and maintain AT&T’s Service Fulfillment environment for Lightspeed Service Order Requests from order initiation to completion. The consultant will investigate and document conditions that impede flow through and provide recommendations to improve the process. . The consultant will also develop inventory correction scripts for the Granite System when the solution is well defined and within the scope of work hours. The consultant will perform the duties in conjunction with Client System and process SME’s at a work from home remote site or occasionally onsite at the ATT or Client System location as required for the performance of such duties.
