FRANCHISE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
At Nutrilawn, we nourish lawns and lives. Established in 1987, we are the industry leaders in ecology friendly lawn care with franchises across Canada and the USA. We are continuing to grow by adding franchises in a few select markets in Canada and now throughout the entire US market as we expand our winning brand. We are looking for an outgoing individual to join our small but dynamic team in this new position of Franchise Sales Representative.
In this role you will be responsible for qualifying and selling new franchises. You will work closely with Franchise Brokers to develop strong relationships that will result in candidate leads. You will qualify these leads to ensure prospective franchisees skills and objectives match our company’s success profile. You will be responsible for communicating with these brokers and prospective franchisees via trade shows, face to face meetings, phone and email.
You will also follow up directly with candidates from internet and phone leads. You will work with these candidates to qualify them and coach them as they move through the different stages of our selling process.
Ideally you will have 2+ years sales experience selling and managing accounts with a proven ability to close deals. You are self-motivated; enjoy traveling and meeting new people. You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team. Previous franchise sales experience is an asset but not required.
