Field Sales Manager San Rafael
Autodesk is the leading provider of LBS (Location Based Services) technology and applications for several of the largest wireless carriers.
As a member of the sales team, your primary role will be to work closely with wireless carrier partners, Autodesk Carrier Directors, and Headquarters marketing, in the execution and communicating of all products and programs in an assigned geographical territory.
Primary Responsibilities:
Proactively establish relationships within both the consumer and business sales organizations at key wireless carriers.
Influence the carrier salespeople to sell our products so that your territory achieves sales goals.
Partner with carriers to conduct training sessions to the sales teams on the products, benefits, and support features of Autodesk Location products and services. Trainings include small group presentations, in-store training, and one-on-one training.
Leverage existing sales tools and marketing collateral to better position Autodesk products as top of mind to all sales personnel.
Achieve specific training and sales targets. As needed, support carrier partners with business presentation for larger client opportunities.
PLEASE NOTE: Candidates for this position must reside in the Atlanta Area.
Position Time Allocation:
Outside sales support training at carrier locations-80%.
Experience in wireless data or telecom with a focus on sales support and training.
2-3 years of direct sales experience targeting consumer and/or small business.
Ability to effectively work from home office location. (Certain locations may provide Autodesk field/corporate office for candidate to work from).
Proven sales and customer service/support success.
Proven writing and communications skills (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to travel throughout assigned local territory, with minimal overnight travel on occasion.
Bachelors degree preferred.
