The Opportunity:

You are a Field Production Underwriter for one of the most dynamic and highly regarded Insurance Carriers in the Western United States. You will have the opportunity to focus solely on developing Agent/Broker relationships and on underwriting your book of business. Plus, how great would it be to work from home? All the pieces of the puzzle are in place and Management is just looking for the right person to lead this effort. This Field Production Underwriter will have the opportunity to serve in a vital and important position and will be rewarded for performance. You will also build out a team that will eventually include Underwriting Assistants and a Loss Control Specialist. The Field Production Underwriter will be part of an Underwriting and Marketing Team filled with veterans who are all about growth, profit and enjoying the journey along the way. You will be supported every step of the way to be creative and to help your agencies grow with your company!
The Location: Boise, Idaho is a beautiful and dynamic area that is known for recreation, culture and sports (Go Broncos!)

Compensation: A Field Production Underwriter can expect a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Requirements:
An energetic, determined attitude
At least 5 to 7 years previous experience in Insurance Underwriting and Production Marketing. Commercial Lines and Workers Comp exposure is necessary.
Someone with the maturity to work from home and a vehicle.
A true leader who can work with broad direction and minimal instruction
The ability to be creative and think outside the box.
