Status: Full Time, Employee Salary: 70,000.00 - 150,000.00 USD /year
Base Salary plus 40% commission .
Job Location: 601 Union Ave, WA 98101 .
Seeking an experienced Direct Hire Recruiter!! Build your own Business !! Ability to work from home and have flexible hours. Must possess a strong work ethic and a passion for recruiting, permanent placement and putting people to work. Base salary plus 40% commission on all placements. Commission is paid once the employee starts work !! Position is located in either Bellevue or Seattle.
Accountable to the Seattle Regional Manager for meeting and exceeding direct hire fee targets through the overall management of the Direct Hire program. This person will also take direction and receive support from the National Direct Hire Product Manager. Working in cooperation with other service and sales staff in the market, the Direct Hire Recruiter is responsible for identifying and developing full time placement opportunities, sourcing and developing a pool of qualified candidates and filling Direct Hire orders. Operating within company policy, the Direct Hire Recruiter exercises discretion and independent judgment in making decisions.
Desirable qualifications and experience:
The successful candidate should possess a bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business or Marketing), or equivalent work experience. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma plus two years staffing industry experience, with an emphasis in recruiting. The key competencies for the this position include an excellent ability to build relationships, communicate and accomplish many tasks simultaneously with an attention to detail. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate team-orientation with all levels of employees and customers. Knowledge of financial concepts as well as labor, business and community awareness are also critical success factors.
