Position Description This position is to cover a territory of several Business Partners in the State of New Jersey who are authorized to sell our Lenovo products and services These Business Partners are primarily focused on selling to end users in the SMB space (500 employee size firms) as well as other segments. Travel is a requirement of this role as the successful candidate will be engaging strategically with the Business Partners who have an appetitive to grow with Lenovo. This requires consultative selling, creating strategic business plans, demand generation for activites and financial goals with these Business Partners. The role also requires the rep to work closely with 2 Inside Channel reps who cover these Business Partners from an Inside sales view. Managing the territory will require strong organization, and leadership skills, self starter and an overall ability to drive/influence Business Partners to over achieve with Lenovo. As these BPs sell more than one brand, there is a fair amount of competition. Need to be able to differentiate Lenovo in their eyes to drive results.Position Requirements Successful candidates must have strong selling skills beyond relationship. A proven track records in sales and selling skills. An ability to handle objections, manage/exceed expectations, ability to lead and work with an inside team as well as set clear objectives . This applies also to how the individual works with their Business Partners. Also require strong organizational skills and a clear sense of goals and actions. The successful candidates need to have strong product knowledge and presentations skills as they are the Lenovo client facing contact with the several Business Partners. It may require you to make calls on end users that these BPs are calling on to help them close the deals. In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to understand and expand on the several programs value proposition we have for our l SMB Business Partners.
