Responsibilities .
As an Apparel Key Account Representative, you will coordinate customer orders to ensure timely product delivery and promote exceptional customer service. You will act as the primary contact for sales representatives, sales management, and NB apparel key accounts on product availability and trend information. You will manage replenishment programs to guarantee utilization of inventory. In this role, you will manage the order base for multiple accounts. You will be responsible for adhering to customers’ buying profiles, programs, operational and routing requirements. You will contact account and sales representatives to resolve issues that may impact monthly shipping goals. You will compile data, prepare reports, and make recommendations to the Sales and Account Services teams. You will establish business relationships by attending pre-line, customer logistics, and annual vendor meetings.
Qualifications .
BA degree or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years of related customer service experience with demonstrated account management experience.
Strong computer skills, including JBA, ICC.net, and EDI systems concepts.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analysis skills required.
Some travel required—approximately 2-3 times per year.
