What Product Implementation contributes to Cardinal Health
Product Implementation is responsible for installing a wide range of products and services that involve extensive customer interaction.

Demonstrates a basic understanding of products, related technologies and the implementation process
Executes assigned deliverables from the implementation plan
Performs basic training of products and technologies
Identifies basic linkages between products/services and customer systems and processes

Measures and evaluates the effectiveness of protocols, programs or deliverables; compares measurement results to standards and takes
Accountabilities in this role
This position involves extensive customer interaction and service. The Product Implementation Analyst leads the installation process through utilization of the established Pyxis project management process. These projects typically can range in scope from installing one-unit expansions, to being part of a team that may install projects of over 100 units. The Product Implementation Analyst effectively performs the required tasks to insure successful project completion and customer satisfaction. This position is accountable for:
Communication
Conduct customer meetings with assistance and leadership of a senior team member or manager.
Provide written documentation to appropriate team members and customer addressing each facet of implementation on every project. This includes an overall project rollout plan, timelines and project assignments to Pyxis and customer.
Collaborate with senior team members to provide consultation on new and existing products to customer.
Establish and maintain customer service relationships to ensure a long term business partnership.
Technical
Install and support Pyxis Products hardware and software.
Complete training and develop basic competency in the Pyxis MedStation and/or SupplyStation product line.
Conduct customer training on the use of Pyxis products.
Provide basic problem solving and troubleshooting as needed for customer.
Manage new and existing accounts.
Perform upgrades to Pyxis software and hardware.
Administrative
Develop competency and comply with the requirements of the established Pyxis project management process.
Coordinate customer resources and assign project tasks.
Complete weekly logs, expense reports, project plans, etc.
Order equipment and supplies.
Maintain Account Summaries.
Qualifications
BS or BA in Bus Admin, Communications or Computer Science or at least 6 years of related work experience
Healthcare or Hospital Pharmacy experience desired.
Project Management experience required
Prefer moderate to strong technical skills: exposure to basic programming concepts and uses; demonstration of technical skills in working environment; working knowledge of variety of software/hardware applications and accessories; understanding of relationship between software and hardware; exposure to interface and communications technology.
Prefer some training and teaching experience.
The effective Product Implementation Analyst must be able to clearly communicate, thoroughly document, demonstrate a fundamental ability to project manage and overcome project hurdles/timeline delays while performing basic installations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer focus
Must have strong organization skills. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, “can-do” attitude.
Work from home office with day travel within the territory; up to 50% overnight travel.
