They currently are configuring the Agile system and have had consultants from Agile come to the company weekly. However, the consultant from Agile keeps changing because Agile was recently bought by Oracle and a lot of people are leaving the company. The consultants Agile is providing are from all over the US and travel to the company each week. However, the company would prefer to find someone local with the knowledge of configuring any piece of the Agile application. That way they can think of hiring this person permanently down the road and will have someone on site all the time. The consultants from the Agile company often want to work from home and they need someone onsite in Mansfield, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience configuring any piece of the Agile application. Rohas uses all of the platform pieces of Agile. They are currently converting to the Agile system and need someone with existing Agile expertise, who would need little to no training to configure the application.
If you find someone with alternate business systems structure configuration, this will not work. They must have Agile experience. Since many folks are leaving the company, we may be able to tap into someone who left Agile for alternate employment but has recently configured the system.
I think Haris (sp?) corporation is another good place to look for these folks.
