About Us:
Wireless Generation, a leading developer and vendor of mobile software solutions for K-12 schools, seeks an Account Manager. The account manager is responsible for working with customers to ensure program adoption and satisfaction throughout the lifetime of the customer relationship. Successful candidates will have high servicing standards, experience managing the details of multifaceted projects, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to lead complex problem resolution, strong organizational and project management skills, experience with and a deep understanding of K-12 school environments, and a strong commitment to educational improvement.
Job Description:
This is a part time position that requires a car, hours / dates of work are flexible within reason. This person will be making on site visits to schools and district administrative offices in the Las Vegas area and when not making visits will be working from home or another remote location. Please note due to the schedule of our clients (schools) this position fluctuates seasonally in alignment with the Clark County School District calendar.
Responsibilities of Account Manager:
Coordinate all aspects of service delivery and account management to Clark County School District and others as necessary. Role requires you to:
Coordinate services and program implementation with central office, regional, and school level contacts
Ensure district, regions, and schools access and fully utilize purchased services
Provide ongoing reports on the status of implementation with recommendations to address unique characteristics and needs of each region and school and plan their service delivery and growth strategy accordingly
Perform school visits and maintain open communications with schools to assess program adoption, answer questions, and provide other assistance as necessary
Lead internal, cross-departmental teams to ensure effective problem resolution and delivery of solutions
Act as a customer advocate and advisor to other departments in the company, including technical support, training, product and sales
Measure and maintain customer satisfaction post-installation and ongoing
Advise customers on high value solutions and mCLASS program integration
Work with account management team and sales on cross-sell, up-sell opportunities
Requirements:
Requirements of Account Manager:
BA, Masters degree a plus
K-12 education experience (administrative or classroom teaching)
5+ years work experience
Proven project and personnel management skills
Client-facing project leadership a plus
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
Ability to lead cross-functional teams from a remote office
Resourcefulness and independent problem-solving ability
Enthusiasm for and comfort within fast-paced, entrepreneurial company culture
Fluency with MS Office suite
Able to network internally and work effectively from a remote office
Interest in or experience with technology applications in education
