Qualifications:
Your tasks will include fixing product defects, implementing product enhancements, working on new features with other members of the Product Development Engineering team, and monitoring relevant newsgroups. You must have the ability to promote a high level of customer satisfaction by providing thorough and useful information, and the ability to cultivate good working relationships with customers and prospects; ability to foster teamwork in solving customer, process and organizational issues; ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities; ability to follow-through and complete calls and projects independently; actively participate in team-based activities and group projects; and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience:
Must include commercial programming experience with WebLogic Server; strong knowledge of Java and distributed technologies; and strong knowledge of Core Systems concepts, specifically networking protocols, multi-threaded programming, CORBA, RMI, and ClassLoading. Familiarity with WebLogic NodeManager and Clustering, as well as broad experience in application server technologies and commonly used RFC's is highly desirable. A background in consulting, technical support or other technical services are a plus.
Requires BS or MS in Computer Science or or equivalent job experience.
