Job Description: Signature Worldwide is currently hiring for a uniquely talented training professional based in Texas. The ideal TRAINING ACCOUNT MANAGER understands adult learning theory, has experience designing and conducting training, and understands how training provides the opportunity to enhance employee and corporate performance. The person that joins our field-based training team must understand our clients' businesses, be dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, and believe that work can and should be fun!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Deliver unique and memorable training programs that demonstrate success for clients in various industries across a wide geographic area
+ Maintain a portfolio of clients for whom we provide periodic and on-going reinforcement training events
+ Design and deliver reinforcement training content directly tied to achieving clients changing business goals
+ Monitor performance results of client portfolio within a geographic region
+ Provide ideas and solutions for poor performing clients
+ Develop strong business relationships to exceed client expectations and generate loyalty
+ Plan and organize travel to client sites to most effectively balance time, expense, and client need
+ Provide creative contribution to ongoing development of Signature's legendary training programs .
Job Requirements: JOB REQUIREMENTS:
+ Minimum of 5 years of hotel management operations experience or professional training experience required
+ Experienced in customer service and sales
+ Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required
+ Experienced in building successful relationships and managing multiple accounts
+ Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
+ Flexible and cooperative attitude
+ Exceptional written and oral communication skills
+ History of self directed work, requiring minimal supervision
+ Ability to meet multiple and changing deadlines
+ Willingness to take on accountability and responsibility for the retention of Signature Worldwide clients
+ Bilingual skills, Spanish/English, French/English are a plus
DETAILS:
+ Position requires a commitment to 90% travel, including multiple nights away from home per week
+ Due to the travel required, we are looking for candidates who reside in a major metropolitan area close to a primary airport
+ We are hiring for a Texas region and are open to candidates in Dallas, San Antonio, Austin and Houston
+ When not traveling or at a client site, Training Account Managers work from a home office
+ No relocation; local candidates only please
