Description:
Our client has an immediate need for contract attorneys to work from home doing research and drafting of legal summaries and notes in selected legal practice areas. The contract attorneys will draft legal analysis within their expertise. Must have expertise and the ability to create legal analytical content for one or more of the following practice areas: Antitrust; Bankruptcy; Banking &Finance; Corporate; IP; Labor& Employment; M&A; Insurance; Energy; and Securities.
Requirements:
2 to 6 years of expert legal experience in the areas listed above; Excellent editing, legal research, analysis and writing skills; Ability to complete assigned research and writing projects by prescribed deadlines; Must be able to work in fast-paced, detail-oriented environment; Effective communication and organizational skills, both verbal &written. Experience on law review and/or law journals is preferred. Law degree from top law school.
Hours: Flexible but must be able to work 40 hours per week.
