Our services include permanent and contract staffing along with project based consulting focused on outsourced software testing, quality assurance process and methodology development, quality maturity consulting and test automation framework development and deployment. We are currently in a high-growth mode and are looking for an independent, motivated and skilled recruiter to help fuel our growth and share in our success. Job Responsibilities:
- Gains a complete understanding of client and project requirements in order to effectively source candidates for technical and management roles in the Quality Assurance field.
- Uses a variety of innovative and creative techniques to identify candidates.
- Effectively screens both the technical competency and soft-skills of candidates to assess their suitability for specified roles.
- Provides assistance in account management when required.
- Maintains a high-level of expertise in the area of quality assurance including processes, techniques and the market for tools and services.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record of identifying and sourcing candidates that other recruiters can't get to.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the Quality Assurance Life Cycle.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes, techniques and the market for tools and services.
- Strong experience with recruiting and hiring processes.
- Strong experience with effective candidate screening techniques.
- Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques including internet job boards, affinity groups, informal job sharing opportunities and obtaining candidate references.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to influence and build consensus.
- Motivated, energetic, smart, honest and highly-principled are musts!
