Rapidly growing Technology company is currently offering an excellent career opportunity for a Part time Technical Recruiter with solid sourcing skills to acquire qualified Information Technology professionals for both Full Time and Consulting positions.
This position will NOT require the candidate to solicit new business. Candidates will work on existing openings that exist with already established clientele.
Responsibilities include sourcing and pre-screening qualified candidates, seeking out and qualifying leads, using a variety of tools and resources including internet job boards, networking, advertising, user groups, trade organizations, etc.
Flexible working arrangements/hours will be made for the qualified candidate, who possesses a minimum of 2 years sourcing IT professionals in either a corporate or agency environment, strong sourcing and networking skills , excellent communication, customer service and relationship skills. Local candidates only. Long Island or New York City residents preferred. Very competitive compensation plan.
Requirements;
2+ years of IT sourcing or IT recruiting in a staffing company
Must be able to screen candidates
Any previous Technology experience is a HUGE plus
Excellent Communication Skills
