We are TX based company providing IT staffing and project based services to clients nationwide. With over a decade of experience in this industry, we distinguish ourselves by reliability, technical expertise and a history of successfully completed projects. The Consulting Services Group of the company provides IT staff augmentation and we are tier 1 and Preferred vendor to a number of Fortune 500 companies.
We are looking to augment our existing recruiting team with One Senior Technical Recruiter to help fulfill the growing needs generated by our aggressive Sales team. The candidates will be responsible for managing the full candidate lifecycle process including sourcing, identification, screening and closing.
Looking for a technical recruiter who would be willing to work from home
The ideal candidate must have
* 4-5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a similar role.
* Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, etc.)
* Strong communication and inter personal skills
* Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
* Desire to earn 100k-200K or more.
* A solid, strong work ethic (a must to be successful at anything)
* Willingness to work hard
* Willingness to learn, even if you have years of industry experience
* The love for challenges
* A competitive drive to succeed
* The ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast paced environment
* A results oriented attitude no excuses
* Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends
* The desire to be number one!
We believes in motivating its recruiters with a very attractive "residual" driven incentive package, as opposed to a flat fee based incentive offered by some staffing companies, Our good recruiters easily earn on an average a package of 100k plus. The position offers Base salary and a strong commission.
