Our comprehensive business and technology expertise, combined with our highly experienced personnel allow us to deliver business solutions in the areas of ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, Business Integration, Infrastructure Management, Process and Quality, Testing and Validation, and Retail/Point of Sale. We have partnered with leading software vendors including WebMethods, MicroStrategy, BEA, and COGNOS, just to name a few. SYSTIME was recently named the *Oracle JD Edwards Partner of the Year, 2006-07*.

To augment our sales efforts, we are looking out for some seasoned sales professionals for our high tech practices. Our sales reps earn $150K on average, with a 2M quota and an average sale of 200 - 300K.

Job Responsibilities:
*Develop territory/account plans to achieve goals and exceed quota responsibility
*Maximize SYSTIME*s services and licensing opportunities while providing value added solutions to the customer
*Develop relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners
*Consistently build and deliver on an accurate territory pipeline
*Travel within your assigned territory is required

Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent training; post-graduate education or training is a plus
*5+ years overall sales experience, exceeding quota in at least 4 years (Experience in technical pre-sales a plus)
*Ability to lead client meetings, and drive proposals through the sales process
*Demonstrated track record closing enterprise software or consulting services sales with a transaction value of $100,000-$2,000,000 and up (solution selling vs. product sales).
*Self-directing, with ability to travel 50% of the time and to work from home office with minimal direct supervision
*New business developer * hunter, not farmer
*High level of technical knowledge around software implementation and related areas (.net, J2EE, BI, etc.)

Work Location: Local Office /Home
Will travel to: Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas

Compensation:
Base + incentive, with achievement bonuses and accelerators for 100%+ quota
