Part Time Help Desk Agent. Work from home!!
If you want to work part time from home for a friendly and fast paced organization where award winning customer service is practiced and recognized, then ABS is the place for you. We are seeking high-energy professionals with excellent people skills, a compassionate nature, and experience supporting Microsoft Office Applications and Windows.
Training initially will be conducted at our Northwest Suburban location, but from then on you can work flexible part time hours from home.
Required Skills:

Basic Citrix Troubleshooting
Outlook
Windows XP
Active Directory
Symitar application and VOIP telephony support are a plus.
Spanish speaking is a plus
Non-Tech Skills:
Superior customer service and communication skills a must
