-Experience in responding to RFP*s and provide ROI information to prospects

-Strong UNIX administration skills a must
-Strong J2EE knowledge and background using either IBM WAS or BEA Weblogic tool a must
-In depth knowledge of both Java and J2EE internals, must know what Servlets, methods, Classes, etc work for any given Web application
-Knowledge of other OS platforms beside windows and UNIX a plus
-Ability to sell products strength and justify its value to target audience
-MQSeries knowledge highly desirable
-HP Openview knowledge desirable
-Uixn shell scripting desirable
-Ability to work from home and have remote office presence
