This is a TEMPORARY POSITION: 3 Months
Human Performance Developer
Hourly Pay Rate: $35.50/hr to $37.50/hr
Qualifications:
Ability to travel to the Chicago, IL location and work Mon-Friday 8am to 5pm REQURED
2+ years of professional human resources work experience REQUIRED
Experience in Training creation and Delivery REQUIRED
Work experience using MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word REQUIRED
Knowledge of SharePoint technology is a plus!!
Description:
Create technical training, job aids, and PowerPoint decks. Training - Delivery assistance. Help ensure processes within training and job aids are understandable to layman. Assignment of Deliverables/Milestones: Job aids/Development Toolkit Training decks Training materials Communications related to the above deliverables.
This IS NOT a work at home position.
