SuccessFactors is a 6 year old Pre-IPO Workforce Performance Management Software company that has been doubling in size every year! We are currently searching for HR Implementation Consultants with Strong HR Domain background preferably in Compensation, Succession Planning or Performance Management. In addition to strong HR and Consultant skills we are looking for candidates with technical experience with XML or a comparable skill (HTML, SQL, etc).
