Home Equity Wholesale Account Executive - Seattle, WA 060055232
Description
As part of our Wholesale Home Equity Sales Team, the Home Equity Account Executive will be responsible for marketing Chase Home Equity products to the Broker community in the Seattle, Washington region with a highly active sales call regiment. You will be responsible for soliciting lending institutions so they may be approved lenders. Once approved, you will solicit these lenders for residential mortgages to be closed and serviced by JPMorgan Chase. In addition, you will cross-sell ancillary products, provide product and pricing training to facilitate partnership with Brokers and ensure that lenders deliver quality loans. You will keep informed of trends and developments in the markets serviced, as well as changing rules and regulations pertaining to both private and government insured mortgages by attending sales meetings. Other responsibilities include meeting established production and sales goals, interacting with a central operations center and effectively managing a pipeline.
This is a work from home position focusing on the Seattle, Washington region.
Qualifications .
Minimum of two years Home Equity and 1st Mortgage experience
Minimum of 2 years of Sales experience, wholesale loan origination preferred
College degree or equivalent work experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
Knowledge of the local geographical marketplace preferred
Understanding of mortgage underwriting guidelines (conventional and FHA/VA)
Understanding of pricing and loan programs
PC skills with proficiency in MS Office required
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to interact with central operations center
Be self-sufficient and have excellent time management skills
Ability to work effectively from home office base
