Home Equity Correspondent Account Executive - Work At Home - New York State 070003504
Description
As an Account Executive, you will market Chase Home Equity products to the Correspondent community in the New York State region with a highly active sales call regimen.
Develop and manage customer relationships, with an emphasis on growing the territory with high quality, high production customers.
Interact with a Central Operations Center and effectively manage a pipeline from registration through funding.
Educate and train customers on the Chase Home Equity process and product set.
Qualifications .
Minimum of one year mortgage origination experience
College degree or equivalent
Correspondent sales experience preferred
1st Mortgage and Home Equity product and underwriting knowledge
PC literate
Knowledge of Lotus Notes, Excel, Word, Internet Browers preferred, ACAPs knowledge a plus
Strong written and verbal communication
Self-starter, working from home, with excellent customer relationship skills
Must be able to work independently and remotely from home.
