Sr. Callcenter Systems Integration Engineer
Looking for a senior callcenter systems integration engineer to help integrate the company's platform with other third-party callcenter and contact center systems. Company's VOIP-based callcenter platform operates as a hosted service providing complete end-to-end callcenter services to our
customers, and supports both traditional and work - at - home callcenter agent models.
In this role, you will help to integrate the company's platform with third-party callcenter platforms such as the Genesys Customer Interaction Management Platform, and Cisco Unified Contact Center systems, allowing seemless blending of company's capabilities within existing callcenters. You
will work with customers to understand and implement their requirements, and work with our core technology team to evolve the company's platform's features and manageability.
Qualifications:
* Ability to write product-quality code (java, perl, javascript and/or c++)
* Strong knowledge of VOIP protocols: SIP, H.323, MGCP, Megaco
* Experience with multi-site Genesys configurations, including sophisticated routing logic, centralized statistics gathering and CTI/CRM integration
* Experience with Genesys SIP Server, T-Server and T-Lib SDK
* Experience with IP PBX systems a plus
* Experience with traditional circuit-switched networks a plus
* Familiarity with Linux systems
* BS degree or equivalent in engineering discipline is required
* MS recommended
* 5+ yrs professional experience in building commercial
