Our client, a growing Cedar Rapids organization is searching for a Corporate Attorney who can assist them part-time as their general counsel. This company is experiencing tremendous growth due to their outstanding industry reputation and sound business practices.
As the Corporate Attorney this person will work closely with the President and leadership team to guide and counsel on numerous business issues. Specific legal focuses include contract law, lease and property sale documents, estate filings, real estate contracts, and some litigation. The position offers great flexibility only 10-15 hours per week. * This is NOT a work from home opportunity, therefore this person must reside in or near Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
