ROI Staffing, an established IT Professional Service Firm headquartered in Houston, TX, dedicated to finding superior Information Technology Talent has an immediate need for a SAP SD LEAD ANALYST. We provide sourcing solutions to our nationally established Private and Public sector Fortune 500 clients. Our services are flexible by design and span a wide spectrum of industries and technologies.
Job Location: Work From Home
Duration: 3-6 Months with Possible extension
Start Date: ASAP
Duties:
Working in conjunction with a team or recruiters you will play a vital role in the recruiting function of a major Houston corporation.
Duties will include reviewing job requirements for internal resources vs. applications received from college recruiting efforts, internet job postings &career fairs. Initial screening of candidates via telephone to determine whether they are the best fit. Special projects will also be a major role in this position. Client atmosphere is dynamic, fast-paced and fun. They are experiencing explosive growth, which is the reason for these openings!!
One a week this individual will report to the corporate office for on-site recruiting meetings. This will be most every Friday and last close to the entire day.
Experience Required/Preferred:
* Staffing industry experience(recruiting/client development or HR)
* Computer skills to include using ATS(Applicant Tracking Systems) &MS Office(Word, Excel, etc)
* Bachelors Degree preferred
* Great Communication &Interpersonal Skills
* Any experience recruiting engineering folks or college level recruiting is a real plus.
