Description
Santen Inc., a world leader in developing ophthalmic pharmaceutical products is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II in the beautiful Napa Valley. The right candidate may be able to work from home when study requirements allow.
. Participate in the design and development of clinical trial protocols, source document templates, and case report forms
. Oversee the development of study-specific documents, e.g., study guides, tools and informed consents
. Review and negotiate clinical site budgets
. Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits
. Assist the Medical Monitor with identifying trends in safety observed in the study
. Develop presentations and participate in Investigator Meetings
. Assist with the preparation of clinical study reports and resolution of data discrepancies
. Travel up to 50%
Requirements
. BA/BS (from an accredited College or University) preferably in a scientific discipline
. Minimum 2 years experience monitoring as a Clinical Research Associate is required
. Excellent written, oral and organizational skills
. Experience in writing scientific reports is preferred
. The right candidate may be able to work from home when study requirements allow
