Position Summary:
As a Lifestyle Health Coach, you will be responsible for guiding clients through a self-discovery process, assessing their readiness to change, creation of a wellness vision and goals, helping the client identify potential and existing obstacles and developing strategies to overcome those obstacles.
Duties &Responsibilities:
Deliver effective, safe and quality coaching techniques and education as identified by company standards
Keep accurate records of all client coaching interactions
Coordinate all details of client sessions and overall client program
Actively participate in process improvements and assist with product development
Must remain up-to-date with research, products and services in the coaching and health industry
Respond in a timely manner to all customers
Follow WellCorps operating philosophy
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills &Experience:
Bachelors degree in a health related field
Health coach certification preferred.
Demonstrated skills in reflective listening, appreciative inquiry, and motivational interviewing.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Exceptional judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Solid organizational skills and the ability to independently manage client load as assigned by Lifestyle Health Coach Supervisor.
Strong customer service skills and Strong computer skills
Must be Bilingual - English/Spanish
Work Conditions:
Work from home on the West Coast
Coach to talk on the phone most of the day.
Work hours based on business need. Varied hours available.
Very limited travel may require attendance at one out-of-state meetings a year requiring overnight stay

Requirements
Bachelors Degree is Mandatory in a health related field.
Relocation is not necessary, these positions are on the West Coast.
Bilingual English/Spanish is Mandatory.
