POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the ownership of the hiring process. Works closely with ''At Home Agent'' Recruiting to coordinate recruiting efforts as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for administration of the candidate process for all open ''At Home Agent'' positions including but not limited to: reviewing applications, input of applicant data into the HRIS system, administering testing materials, conducting job interviews and placement.
- Responsible for meeting weekly / monthly hiring goals.
- Maintain spreadsheets for the hiring headcount as well as, all weekly/monthly recruiting reports.
- Coordinate job fairs, job service, open houses, advertising relationships, and all other recruiting functions.
- Maintain weekly and monthly staffing schedule to ensure candidates are interviewed for open positions promptly to meet hiring goals
- Coordinate and maintain functional relationships with job service and employment agencies.
- Coordinate temporary staffing needs.
- Works on special projects, as requested. Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates or higher preferred or 1-2 years HC experience.
- Recent experience working in Human Capital.
- Experience in interviewing large volumes of candidates required.
- Experience in presenting in front of large group is preferred.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to meet hiring goals within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional image.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
