Heartland Home Health Care and Hospice has a couple of exciting opportunities for RN's to join our established, growing hospice agency serving the Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, and Washington county areas. These positions are FT evening positions working from home (will be required to travel/visit our patients in their home as needed) that will assist with call after hours. We are looking for a couple of RN's to handle call each night starting on Monday night at 4:30pm and ending Friday morning at 8am. The territory will be evenly split between the two RN's.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, great problem solving and decision making skills,at least 1 year institutional nursing experience, and home care, hospice or triaging experience is a plus!
