Devon Consulting is a regional IT staffing company that helps our clients reduce the pressures and frustrations they often experience in the staffing process. By utilizing a comprehensive, team based approach, we deliver quality talent quickly and effectively. Currently, we are seeking a full-time Technical Recruiter to join our Wayne, PA team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the placement of Information Technology professionals in fulfillment of direct, contract opportunities. Activities will include sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, and referencing of prospective candidates. The ideal candidate must have:
- 2 years (+) recruitment in a high volume time-driven environment; experienced in full life-cycle recruiting processes.
- Knowledge of IT, IS, MIS terms and technologies;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Ability and experience in working with all levels of corporate structure.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high volume, fast-paced environment;
- Outstanding verbal communications skills.
