Senior Operations Analyst State : New Jersey City : Franklin Lakes Shift : Qualifications : This position will be located on-site in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey or could be Work at Home. . College degree preferred and/or minimum three (3) years experience in a cross-functional multi-threaded environment. . Self-starter (well organized, highly motivated and self directed) with ability to work independently while ensuring management is informed. . Objective-focused (ability to get the job done in an efficient manner and with high quality and without risk to client). . Ability to interact with various levels of management and in various forums. . Ability to adapt to multiple/shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. . Excellent communications skills - written and verbal. . Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills. . Proficient in PC-based software including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Biquery. . Understanding of mainframe systems, files and interfaces . As Subject Matter Expert of Master Files, perform as primary lead for Class III to ensure client intent of benefit design is accurately reflected prior to effective date for Client Profile/CBM including but not limited to Copay Benefit Pricing system (Rebates @ POS, Copay Modifier/Proration, COB/ECOB formulas) as well as other Medco Products (i.e.CDH). . Ensure scheduling of Class III sessions are handled appropriately and turnaround times are met. . Capture and create metrics for work being completed and generate/provide reporting to management. Assist in aligning results of Class III Reviews for team by Market Segment (following goals of Client Engagement Model) . Manage group mailbox ensuring all requests/inquiries are handled appropriately and turnaround times are met. . Provide input into process improvements, system enhancements, and procedural changes.
