RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Responsibilities - We are looking for a highly motivated, team player to join the Eligibility Process Development team. - Must have a proven success record of experience working directly with business constituents and be able to understand business processes, gather requirements, and apply those requirements to process development projects. - The successful candidate will participate in projects that focus on vendor process improvement and meeting customer expectations. - They will participate in complex data analysis, while researching and analyzing cost effective solutions. - Working as a partner with business areas, the candidate will provide or drive solutions to informational needs and collaborate with team members on researching inquiries. - Act as a liaison between vendor and business areas - Quality oversight and management of quality tools to efficiently monitor vendor quality Required Skills - Communicate effectively with all areas inside and outside the organization in order to meet business goals and objectives. - Ability to present information and knowledge share. - Able to effectively organize and prioritize multiple task with a focus on detail. - Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple projects concurrently. - Ability to eliminate boundaries and work with team members across differing locations Experience - Bachelors Degree or related health or business experience is required. - Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access - SQL, MS Access, VB programming skills are preferred.
