Job description:
SAP Migration Project - 70% work from home, 30% travel
CTG is in immediate need of SAP Basis Administrators for a long term, migration project for our Fortune 20 customer based in Seattle, WA. The customer has the following SAP landscape; currently using HP / Oracle environments which have to be migrated to IBM pSeries / Oracle environment. Each landscape has Prod, QA and DEV environments. Most of the migration work can be done remotely (70% work from home) and 30%, particularly Go Live migrations, will have to be done on-site in Seattle, WA. Hourly pay rates are negotiable (W-2 only, no 1099 or Corp to Corp) and travel expenses are provided.
The following skills are REQUIRED for this project:
1. HR - ECC 6.0 / Enterprise Portal 6.0 (ECC 6.0 Database size is around 600 GB)
2. CRM 5.5 (Database size is 1 TB)
3. Core - ECC 6.0 (Database size is around 9 TB)
- Experience with SAP Migration techniques and tools
- Good working knowledge of using Oracle database
- Experience with Unix - HP-UX or AIX
- Experience with SAP Basis Administration.
- Working knowledge on various SAP Products ECC 6.0, EP 6.0 and CRM 5.5
- SAP OS/DB Migration certification is preferable
- Good Communication Skills
- Projected Start Date between 1/28 and 2/4.
